In preparation for the third-cycle Plan, the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage initiated a review of the LAWPRO operation to consider its effectiveness in delivering on its objectives and to identify opportunities for improving its operation during the next Plan, taking into account the wider policy
development in relation to the water environment and the role of local government.
