The Press Releases that Water Management Unit prepare are published on the DAERA website and made available on Twitter from the date of the decision made by Court.
Press Releases are available on the website for 3 months, after which they are removed for legal reasons.
AIE submitted for enforcement actions for 2020-2022 to date (28/4/22)
Requested the specific provision of legislation under which enforcement data is unpublished on a 3 monthly schedule
