These lists of purchase orders are published as a matter of course by public bodies, and it is in fact an obligation on them under the Public Service spending code
But how can a business lose out simply by being identified as a supplier to a state agency ? Arguably positive for them if they are considered reliable enough to provide services to a public authority.
