    You frankly should be ashamed of yourselves if you think this “document” by waterways Ireland which failed at both county council and an Bord Pleanala level and was recognised as a complete fabrication should somehow represent paperwork for the river Barrow. This toilet paper failed to even reach a basic level of environmental science or rational in 2019.
