RTK submit a weekly report for all applications for derogation licences, and the related grants / refusals
NPWS licencing have now agreed to consider the active publication of derogation licences

2. Copies of all derogation licences granted together with any information which grounded the decision including the application itself and any other document which records the reasons for the decision
3. Copies of all derogation licences refused together with any information which grounded the decision including the application itself and any other document which records the reasons for the decision.
